 Egg-Crate Style - Flush Model (Available with or without a frame) For maximum air flow, use this traditional egg-crate style with 3/8" wide webs. The open area of the Flush Model is the size of the opening, to which 1" wide ends and rails are added and fully doweled to each of the web members. Frames are cut from 1-1/4" rabbeted stock, doweled at each corner. The frame is glued and blind-nailed to the subfloor and the flooring fitted to it. When finishing is complete, the vent is placed in the frame. |

 Trimline One Directional Vents (Wall Applications) The one-way directional vent is one of the most popular custom ordered items. It is most commonly used in wall mount applications for supply air or return air use. They are available in Flush No Frame or Insert models. T-slot for easy mounting available upon request. |
 Toe-Kick Kit Designed to conceal a standard adjustable metal register installed in the toe space of a cabinet or vanity. Each kit includes one vent, two predrilled mounting blocks with attachment screws, and two pairs of adhesive-backed magnetic mountings. The 1/2" thick mounting blocks are installed prior to fitting the base shoe. The vent is easily removable for access to the metal register. If necessary, the vent height may be reduced by trimming up to 3/8" off each of the top and bottom rails. Available in original or trimline styles. |

Quarter Round: Quarter round moldings are used to create a subtle transition between the wall base and the hardwood flooring. It can be installed alone to create a transition between a hardwood floor and cabinetry.
Wall Base: Wall base moldings border the wood floor to give the room a formal, finished appearance. They provide a clean, beautiful juncture between the hardwood floor and the wall.
T-Molding: T-Moldings provide an attractive solution for transitioning between floor surfaces in adjoining rooms. They are designed for use in doorways and borders where floors of approximately the same thickness meet. Artistic Finishes and T-moldings are offered in 6 1/2-foot lengths.
Threshold: Threshold moldings are ideal for glue and nail-down floor doorway applications and when transitioning between floors of different heights. Thresholds are appropriate for installation with hardwood flooring, tile or carpet surfaces.
Square Nose: Square nose moldings are generally used in conjunction with floating hardwood floors. They are ideal for concealing the expansion space when the floor runs up to a vertical object that cannot be framed by wall base or quarter round. Examples where the square nose is a good choice include around a fireplace hearth or sliding glass door.
Reducers: Flush Reducers meet up level with glue and nail-down hardwood flooring for a gradual transition to the flooring surface of a different height.
Overlap Reducers serve as a finishing transition for a floating hardwood floor when a gradual transition between floors of different heights is necessary.
Stair Nose: Stair nosings add a professional, finished look to steps and stairways with hardwood flooring. They are designed to catch the brunt of foot traffic abuse while maintaining the overall beauty of each stair. Although it may differ by specific profile, stair nosings are available in 6 1/2-foot lengths. Depending on the specific installation situation, a different nosing style may be appropriate:
Flush Stair Nose: Flush stair nosings meet up flush with glue and nail-down hardwood flooring for a smooth transition between the riser edge and the hardwood flooring on the step surface.
Overlap Stair Nose: Overlap stair nosings serve as a finishing transition for the edge of a stair on a floating floor system.
Base Shoe: Base shoe moldings provide a transition between a hardwood floor and a vertical surface under cabinetry. Base shoe also serve as a substitute for quarter round when space is limited.

Best of all, Emulsion is a water based coating, so there's no need to evacuate the building while coating, and no messy solvent cleanup when you're done. Just use water for cleanup, as you would with any other water based coating. |

The model 445 come with three different handle lengths to choose from, short, long and extra long. It is up to the installer to determine which one suits them best. Just snug the boards together with the mallet, tap the plunger on top of the Nailer with the mallet and let the Powernailer Model 445 drive the nail at the correct 45-degree angle and set the nail. The Model 445 has a safety trigger & interlocking safety mechanism to prevent discharging when not in nailing position or upon dropping the nailer on the plunger. Model 445 comes with a 3MI black rubber cap mallet, one extra driving blade, lubricating fluid, hex wrenches, and a manual. |
